What's included in your standard house cleaning service?
Our standard cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning bathrooms (toilet, sink, shower/tub, mirrors), kitchen cleaning (countertops, stovetop, outside of appliances, sink), making beds, and emptying trash. We clean all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas thoroughly. On average, a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment takes 1-2 hours.
What's the difference between standard, deep, and move-out cleaning?
Standard Clean: Regular maintenance cleaning of all main areas. Deep Clean: Everything in standard plus wiping down doors, door frames, windowsills, window frames, baseboards, light fixtures, and detailed cleaning of hard-to-reach areas (+$100). Move-Out Clean: Our most thorough service including everything in deep clean plus inside cabinets, closets, shelves, appliance interiors (+$150).
Do you offer commercial and office cleaning services?
Yes! We provide comprehensive commercial cleaning for offices, retail spaces, restaurants, gyms, medical facilities, and other businesses. Services include daily, weekly, or monthly schedules, post-construction cleanup, and specialized sanitization. Contact our commercial team at (347) 679-8395.
What additional services and add-ons do you offer?
We offer many add-ons: Interior appliance cleaning (fridge $30, oven $30, microwave $15), inside cabinet cleaning ($30/hour), interior window cleaning ($10 for 2 windows), basement/attic cleaning, stairs, hardwood floor treatment, organization services, and laundry pickup & delivery.
Do you provide laundry and dry cleaning services?
Yes! We offer convenient laundry pickup and delivery service. We'll wash, dry, fold, and organize your laundry with care. This service is available in most areas we serve - contact us for availability and pricing.
Booking & Scheduling
How do I book a cleaning service?
Booking is easy! You can book online through our website, call/text us at (347) 750-4380 for residential or (347) 679-8395 for commercial, or request a free quote. We typically respond within 1-2 hours and can often accommodate same-day or next-day appointments.
What days and times are you available?
We're available Monday through Saturday, with cleaning appointments from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer flexible scheduling including same-day and next-day service when available. Sunday appointments may be available for special circumstances.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don't need to be home! Many clients provide access through doormen, lockboxes, or spare keys. Our professional, bonded, and insured team can complete the cleaning and secure your home when finished. We'll send you before/after photos and a completion summary.
How far in advance should I book?
While we can often accommodate same-day requests, we recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for the best availability. For recurring services or special occasions, booking a week ahead ensures your preferred time slot.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice without any fees. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Pricing & Payment
How much do your cleaning services cost?
Pricing varies based on home size, cleaning type, and frequency. Standard cleans typically start at $80-120 for apartments. Deep cleans and move-out services are priced higher due to additional work. We offer recurring discounts: 15% off weekly, 10% off bi-weekly, and 5% off monthly cleanings.
Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
Yes! We offer great savings for regular customers: 15% off weekly cleaning services, 10% off bi-weekly, and 5% off monthly cleanings. We also offer $25 off your first cleaning for new customers. The more frequently you book, the more you save!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service. For recurring customers, we can set up automatic payments for convenience.
When do I pay for the service?
Payment is due at the end of the cleaning service. No upfront payment required - you only pay after you're satisfied with our work. This ensures you're completely happy with the results before paying.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees! We provide transparent pricing upfront. The only additional charges would be for extra services you specifically request (like appliance cleaning or additional rooms) which are clearly communicated before we begin.
Supplies & Equipment
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies, including eco-friendly and pet-safe products. We also bring our own vacuum cleaners, mops, microfiber cloths, and all necessary equipment. You don't need to provide anything.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?
Absolutely! We use eco-friendly, non-toxic, and pet-safe cleaning products as our standard. Our green cleaning solutions are effective against dirt and germs while being safe for your family, pets, and the environment.
Can I request specific cleaning products?
Yes! If you have specific product preferences, allergies, or sensitivities, just let us know when booking. We can accommodate most special requests and will work with you to ensure your comfort and safety.
Do you charge extra for bringing supplies?
No, all basic cleaning supplies and equipment are included in our service price. We only charge extra for specialized services like deep appliance cleaning or additional add-on services you specifically request.

We also serve Manhattan and are expanding to Jersey City, Cambridge, Lincoln Park, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, and 35+ states.
Do you serve areas outside of Brooklyn and Manhattan?
Yes! We're rapidly expanding our service areas. We now serve parts of New Jersey, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, and many other cities. Contact us to check if we serve your specific area.
Is there a travel fee for certain areas?
For most areas within our standard service zones, there's no travel fee. For locations at the edge of our service area or special requests outside our normal zones, a small travel fee may apply. We'll always inform you of any additional fees upfront.

Yes! All our cleaning professionals are fully bonded and insured for your peace of mind. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and bonding to protect your home and belongings. Our team members undergo background checks and professional training.
What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?
While rare, if any damage occurs during our service, we're fully insured to cover it. Report any issues immediately, and we'll work quickly to resolve the situation through our insurance coverage.
