What's included in your cleans?
Generally speaking, every clean includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces in a bedroom, a bathroom, common area, and kitchen. On average, a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment takes about 1-2 hours to clean.
What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
Deep cleans include wiping down walls, door frames, window frames, windowsills, and baseboards. This service costs $100 extra and will add more time to the cleaning. Note that blinds, cabinets, and organization are not included in deep cleans.
What's a move out clean?
Our move in/out cleans are the most thorough cleans. We spend extra time cleaning everything in the deep clean plus we clean inside all cabinets in every room, closets, and wipe down shelves. This service costs $150 extra and will add significant time to the cleaning.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, we use pet safe/non toxic products. We bring our own mops and can bring a vacuum upon request at no extra charge.
Can you clean my fridge, microwave, oven?
Yes! Fridge cleaning is $30, oven cleaning is $30. Just select these as add-ons when booking.
Do you clean inside cabinets and windows?
Yes, inside cabinet cleaning is $30 for an hour of work (included in move-out cleans). Interior window cleaning is $10 (typically covers 2 windows per addon).
Do you charge extra for pets?
We charge a $10 pet fee only if your pet sheds or needs more cleaning than regular mess. If your pet doesn't shed, there's no charge.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Brooklyn and Manhattan.
What day/time can you come in?
We can come in on most days, starting 8 am, and as late as 5 pm, contact us to know if we're available.
Do you offer recurring deals?
Yes! You can save 15% for weekly cleans, 10% for bi-weekly cleans, and 5% for monthly cleans.
Do I need to be at the apartment during the clean?
No, as long as our team can get in on their own, they can complete the clean and leave.
How do you do payments?
You pay at the end of the clean, using credit/debit card, Zelle or cash.
Can I get a discount?
We offer $25 off your first clean, contact us to redeem it!
