In the new-construction condos near Domino Park and along North 5th, the cleaning itself is straightforward but the building is not: vendor sign-in at the front desk, freight elevator windows, and management companies that want a Certificate of Insurance on file before we step inside. We handle that paperwork routinely, so tell us your building name when you book and the COI is sorted before your appointment.

Converted lofts are the opposite: easy access, demanding surfaces. Big single rooms mean dust travels everywhere, oversized windows collect film fast, and concrete or wide-plank floors each need the right approach. Walk-ups off Bedford, Graham, and Lorimer are classic railroad and floor-through layouts where we work efficiently in tight kitchens and bathrooms that see heavy use.

Access without you standing around

Most Williamsburg customers are not home when we clean. Doorman buildings hold a key or a fob at the desk. Walk-up tenants leave a lockbox or a smart lock code. We text when we arrive and when we finish, and if your building needs advance notice for vendor access, 24 to 48 hours of lead time covers it.

Recurring apartment cleaning is the backbone: bi-weekly is the neighborhood favorite, timed around work-from-home schedules.
